Whether it’s a biogas plant, a beverage production facility, or a natural gas storage facility – as the owner or process manager, your goal is to ensure efficient operation. Loss of performance, downtimes, user errors, or even unrecognized optimization potential not only jeopardize the economic efficiency, but also the safety of your plant in the worst case. So it is good to be able to rely on the experience and responsiveness of a competent partner throughout its entire service life. Thus, we at Bilfinger GreyLogix – also for customers with third-party plants – are always there when you need us and help you avoid critical situations in advance. We also ensure that your plant technology remains just as up-to-date as the know-how of your employees.
The structure of modern automation systems is becoming more and more complex, due to the integrated and interwoven technologies in use. In the past, the PLC was an easy-to-operate, stand-alone system. Today, we are talking about Totally Integrated Systems, which require a high level of knowledge and expertise to ensure that all systems run according to specifications and desired requirements. A combination of different services is required to ensure trouble-free operation of the system with the least possible downtime and thus achieve high efficiency.
In addition to the 24 h on-call service, preventive and predictive maintenance as well as a fast supply of spare parts serve as a guarantee for plant safety. And in doing so, they help to identify, prevent and eliminate imminent or emerging malfunctions in good time, before they can cause damage or disrupt production processes. In addition to these basic services, other services can also be booked, such as software and/or hardware update services, as well as upgrades or suitable retrofits to keep your plants always at the cutting edge of technology. You determine the scope or which services your Life Cycle Package includes; from “just enough” to the “all-round worry-free package”.

Maintenance
Maintenance serves as optimal, preventive maintenance. Regular maintenance – once a year – eliminates or prevents emerging or imminent malfunctions as they arise. Here, the triple consideration applies, because the combined maintenance of Bilfinger GreyLogix is preventive, predictive and corrective.
Repair & Service
The Bilfinger GreyLogix service and installation team has a high level of knowledge, which is constantly further developed in internal and external training courses and trainings. All service technicians are qualified persons with the examination for explosion protection according to §14 (1-3) and according to § 15 BetrSichV. Furthermore, the team also has profound knowledge in the areas of Profibus analysis as well as measurement and testing according to DGUV V3. This package is rounded off with the corresponding certificates of competence for BGR126 (work in enclosed spaces of wastewater systems) and BGR 128 (certificate of competence for work in contaminated areas).

Spare parts that are not in stock on site can be ordered via our spare parts hotline. If required, these can be delivered within 12 hours of receipt of the order (within the Federal Republic of Germany), provided they are in stock with our contractual partners.

Trainings
The Bilfinger GreyLogix Academy offers a wide range of training courses. Nowadays, more than ever, cross-system knowledge is required, as many areas in the PLC and PCS 7 world are becoming increasingly IT-heavy. Studies have shown that regular training of plant personnel can achieve up to 50% minimization of downtime in the event of a malfunction. Training participants are trained according to their area of responsibility. Whether operator, service technician or system administrator – everyone is given the necessary specialist knowledge to subsequently fulfill their task in the company.
Our system know-how, coupled with our plant know-how, provides the optimum basis for the customer to understand and operate his plant correctly. Our training personnel not only have sufficient practical experience, but also possess pedagogical skills; because all knowledge is of no use if it cannot be imparted.
All training can take place in-house or at Bilfinger GreyLogix as desired.
